Steve Stack the Gourmet to Go Chef based in Whittington is to take over the running of the newly installed kitchens
at The Crown Elford.
He has over 20 years experience following a classical training at Claridges Hotel London,
and was March Chef of the Year in 2002.
His aim is to use freshly sourced produce where possible and to create good food at a reasonable price.
The restaurant will be open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings
and Saturday from lunchtime onwards with a traditional lunch offered on Sunday.
