OPEN FORUM

 

The Open Forum takes place before every Parish Council meeting and is not a formal part of the meeting.  It is an opportunity for residents of the parish to put their views on any parish issue to the Council, or to ask questions about Parish Council business.  It cannot make decisions for the council but will inform the council's debates.  Because an adequate notice period is necessary for all Council Agenda items, it is possible that matters raised at Open Forum might not be discussed at the Council meeting immediately following the Forum, but, if not, any such matter will be discussed at the next month's meeting.

 

Open Forums begin at 7.30 pm with the Council meeting starting no later than 8.00 pm.
