Elford Slimming Support Group

No one diet followed, unless you want to. We are here to offer support, advice and swap tips. You can either weigh yourself at home and report back to the group or you can weigh at the meeting.  Most of us have set ourselves targets ranging from 1lb a week to a stone by a set date for special occasions.

We meet every Tuesday evening in the Jubilee Room at the Village Hall, from 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm just call in and see if we can help. £1 charged to pay for the room.
